Production competence
S4i COMPANIES HAVE COMPREHENSIVE COMPETENCE IN PRODUCING EQUIPMENT AND STRUCTURES MADE OF STAINLESS AND ACID-RESISTANT SHEET METAL AS WELL AS ALUMINIUM
In pre-processing we use trimming and diverse cutting methods such as laser, plasma and water cutting as well as guillotining. Our welding techniques include hybrid, laser, 3D-laser, TIG, MIG and MIG robot welding. Some products have their own production lines, including various integrated production techniques such as hydromoulding, large- and small-component machining, balancing and final tests, for example for vibration and density.
In product engineering we use the latest simulation software, which allows us to verify the correct processes and phases for production. Our modern ERP system leads to faster and more secure deliveries and the fulfilment of our promises to customers. The system means that material flows meet at the right time and in the right place. The system adapts to the world of change and can manage changes throughout the chain of operation. |

S4i HAS OVER 20 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATIONS
We plan a schedule in advance, together with the customer, and also handle project management. In our projects, we monitor the fulfilment of T/Q/C in relation to agreed levels and make status reports at the agreed intervals, to ensure that project objectives are met. Our cross-industrial, extensive services are facilitated by the different areas of expertise of S4i companies. Our competence-based operations guarantee flexibility, commitment to schedules and cost efficiency. We have installation service offices in three locations in Finland: Helsinki, Tampere and Kuopio. We also have experience of completing installation projects in more than 20 countries. |
